Claremont Concord Railroad |
The Claremont Concord Railroad has been providing rail transportation service for over 125 years. Until recently our railroad functioned primarily as a terminal railroad servicing a handful of customers. Our recent investment in infrastructure, equipment, personnel and facilities now allow us to provide direct freight rail interchange services, loading, storage and offloading at three locations. Through our live connections with major rail carriers we have the capacity to provide local and regional businesses with cost effective, energy efficient shipping to all of North America, Mexico and Canada.
What was once a small, two mile long railroad, with minimal staff, was doubled in physical size when we were awarded the operating and yard rights on the former Northern Railroad in Lebanon NH. The addition of this property has placed the CCRR in a strategic position to enhance our existing services, increase our zone of influence and reach additional market opportunities.
Eagle Leaf Transload was established in early 2002. This division of the Claremont Concord Railroad provides personalized freight transfer services, business development and acts as liaison between the railroad and its freight customers. Eagleleaf operates at two locations in Claremont NH and one in Westboro yard at Lebanon.
