The Claremont Concord
Railroad has a 120-year history of providing
freight rail service to western New Hampshire. We are Located on the Connecticut
River Line, a busy rail corridor linking Canada with the north eastern
United States. At our front door we access AMTRAK and
interchange car traffic with both the ST and NECR.
While our crews are busy servicing freight customers another is hard at work
in our modern fully equipped repair facility. Here we offer comprehensive
locomotive repair, rebuilding, restoration services
and first-rate freight car repair. Our staff is capable of handling nearly
any repair in house or in the field. We
are uniquely situated for efficient rail to truck transfer and truck to rail
transfer at both
our Claremont and Lebanon facilities. Claremont
Junction is only 5 minutes from Interstate 91, 25 minutes from Interstate
89 North, and 40 minutes from Interstate 89 South.
